Description of problem: On Japanese locale, need to update a Japanese string translation as follows. This is as per the result of the L10N QA event. 

Actual - "このアカウントを使用する場合にパスワードを必要とする(_R)"
Expected - "このアカウントを使用する場合にパスワードを要求する(_R)" 

The string is the 2nd checkbox option, above the password text field,  on the Anaconda user creation screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Begin RHEL 8.9 installation on Japanese locale
2. Go to the user creation screen
3. Observe the 2nd checkbox option in Japanese

Actual results:
"このアカウントを使用する場合にパスワードを必要とする(_R)"

Expected results:
"このアカウントを使用する場合にパスワードを要求する(_R)"

Bhushan, this seems to be fixed in anaconda-33.16.9.3-1.el8, compose RHEL-8.9.0-20230807.23, see the attached screenshot.
Can you please double check the bug is fixed?
