Description of problem:
With the introduction of snapshot sources for DataImportCrons,
it can be observed that the SSP keeps resetting the DataSource

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CNV 4.14.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ceph-rbd DataImportCrons
2. oc get datasource -n openshift-virtualization-os-images rhel9 -o yaml -w
3.

Actual results:
DataSource keeps flapping between some default PVC reference and snapshot reference

Expected results:
DataSource references a snapshot
