Description Matthew Davis 2023-06-15 16:45:47 UTC
Description of problem:
ISC DHCP which is the DHCP server provided in RHEL reach EOL in 2022[1]. The replacement for ISC DHCP is ISC KEA[2].

Please promote KEA from EPEL to part of the Enterprise Linux base/apptream installation. This will allow users who do not have access to EPEL to migrate to the new DHCP server.

Thank you for reporting this issue!

I am sorry, but currently, there is no plan to include Kea in RHEL9. Red Hat is committed to continue supporting dhcp through the whole RHEL9 lifecycle.
