Description of problem:

In document "Installing and managing Red Hat OpenStack Platform with director" [0], section 6.3 step 4, the dnf command to install python3-tripleoclient is repeated in 6.4 step 1. I believe the former should be removed as this instruction belongs to 6.4.

Correct, the command can be removed from 6.3.
