Description of problem:

Bug #2141456 was used to remove "ansible-2.12-for-rhel-9-x86_64-rpms" repo from Director Installation and Usage guide, but it wasn't removed from "Keeping Red Hat OpenStack Platform Updated" document.

Also, it probably worth changing section name from "Updating Red Hat Openstack Platform and Ansible repositories" because we no longer update Ansible repos.
