Description of problem:
The /sys/kernel/ktimer_lockless_check workaround was removed in RHEL 8.7 (see BZ2108476). It is still being set in the following tuned profiles and should be removed:
profiles/realtime-virtual-guest/tuned.conf:/sys/kernel/ktimer_lockless_check = 1
profiles/realtime-virtual-host/tuned.conf:/sys/kernel/ktimer_lockless_check = 1

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply one of the above tuned profiles on a RHEL 8.7 system (or later)

Actual results:
Will attempt to set /sys/kernel/ktimer_lockless_check which doesn't exist.

Expected results:
Doesn't attempt to set /sys/kernel/ktimer_lockless_check

Additional info:
This is just clean up.
