Description of problem:
When checking the transient VM, "Edit" button of the network interface has a wrong CSS style

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Create a running VM, then enter the VM detail page
2 Undefine the VM by "virsh undefine ${vm}"
3 Check the "Edit" button of the network interface

Actual results:
1 The width of the "Edit" button is larger than other buttons.
2 The spacing between "Unplug" and "Edit" is smaller than others

Expected results:
1 The width of the "Edit" button is the same with other buttons.
2 The spacing between "Unplug" and "Edit" is the same with others

Test Steps:
1 Create a running VM, then enter the VM detail page

Test Results:
1 The width of the "Edit" button is the same with other buttons.
2 The spacing between "Unplug" and "Edit" is the same with others

According to the results, move status to VERIFIED.
