Is the core file (from /usr/libexec/org_kde_powerdevil) still available?  If so, could you upload it?

This doesn't seem to be a core file:

It appears to me that it's just the /usr/libexec/org_kde_powerdevil executable.

Fedora Linux 38 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-05-21.

Fedora Linux 38 is no longer maintained, which means that it
