Cloned this bug from the below BZ for RHCS 5, in order to add the same changes to the Block Device Guide in RHCS 6 documentation as well.

Can we please add another small information -
After the steps where we provide information on resync, we can mention that snapshot schedule added at image level would be removed as resync creates image afresh.

double check you're happy with the changes made.
My intent was to update the RHCS 5 guide MR following this review, as the requested changes spanned
the two MRs. Let me know if that makes sense for you, or if you'd prefer I can push the changes to
RHCS 5's guide now too.

I see that there is an old MR with changes in it.

Does this MR contain all needed changes for this ticket?
I am not sure why it wasn't merged as this was before I was on the writing team, but I'd like to assess getting this in for 5.3z4 commits.
