Description momran 2023-06-19 11:00:54 UTC
Description of problem:

Once created, Red Hat Satellite recurring logics are not editable. This means that if the need arises to modify any parameter of an existing recurring logic, the existing recurring logic will need to be deleted and a new one need to be created. Customers would like to be able to edit existing recurring logics.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Red Hat Satellite 6.13

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the Red Hat Satellite's web UI, and navigate to Montior -> Recurring Logics.
2. Click on the ID of an existing Recurring Logic. The details of the recurring logic will be displayed, but they are not editable.
3. Instead of Step number (2) above, expand the drop-down list in the rightmost column of the table of recurring logics. There is no option on the menu to edit the selected recurring logic.

Actual results:

See the 'Steps to Reproduce' section above.

Expected results:

Either of the following:

 - On step (2), have the details of the recurring logic displayed, with an option to edit them if the user choose to.

 - On step (3), have an 'Edit' option added. When selected, this option should display the details of the recurring logic in an editable form.

Right, there is also BZ2135792 which talks about the same thing. I'll go ahead and close this one as a duplicate and we'll continue with the older one.
