Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Search field returning Error in the suggestions
Description of problem:
When using the search bar in Administer -> Settings, the search bar suggestion dropdown returns `Error: Request failed with status code 500` instead of the search suggestions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Administer -> Settings
2. Type anything in the search bar but don't press Enter
3. See the error in the Search suggestions dropdown
Actual results:
`Error: Request failed with status code 500` in the search suggestions dropdown

Search suggestions in the dropdown

Test steps:
- Go to Administer -> Settings
- Type a query in the search bar, don't press enter
Observation:
- Correct suggestions appear in the search dropdown
