Currently, for Load-balancing service (octavia) deployments, every time an Ansible workflow is triggered, Ansible dumps an amphora image into the temporary directory. The Ansible workflow does not auto-clean these images and space utilization issues can occur. *Workaround:* refer to the Red Hat Knowledgebase Solution, link:https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7028871[OpenStack deployments with octavia leave orphan amphora images].
