Description of problem:

brctl doesn't exist in the virt-launcer pod. The package bridge-utils which provides brctl was deprecated in rhel 7 and was removed in rhel 8.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run must-gather with /usr/bin/gather --vms_details. 
2. Check namespace/<namespace-name>/vms/<vm-name>/*bridge.txt
3. It will not collect bridge details.

Actual results:

must-gather is using the unavailable brctl command

Expected results:

Use bridge command to get the information about the bridge.
