OSP17.1 | MultiRhel FFU | Container images not updated on control after during MultiRhel FFU.


We only update container images on compute nodes but for control plane container images are not updated. I would expect by the end of a multi-rhel upgrade all of the overcloud nodes would be on the latest OSP17.1 container images.
