This has been fixed in bug 2210161 but bug 2210161 has not yet been added
to the RHEL-9.3 errata.

I'd really like to see this added to the errata before proposing it for
a z-stream update.

There's also the possibility of issuing a hot-fix.

I'm closing this a a duplicate of bug 2210161, if this does turn out
to not be fully solved by the changes of that bug you can of course
re-open the bug (but it looks to me like it will be resolved).
