Place where modification is required in both RHCS 6 and 5 Operations Guide

Describe the issue:

(--extra-vars "ceph_origin=rhcs") is missing in the syntax command on the Step 5 in the Section 3.1. Adding hosts using the Ceph Orchestrator.

Need to modify the syntax command in the Step 5 for the Section 3.1. Adding hosts using the Ceph Orchestrator.

Current Syntax command:
ansible-playbook -i INVENTORY_FILE cephadm-preflight.yml --limit NEWHOST

After modification:
ansible-playbook -i INVENTORY_FILE cephadm-preflight.yml --extra-vars "ceph_origin=rhcs"  --limit NEWHOST
