The `pdm-backend` package replaces/obsoletes the previous `python-pdm-pep517` package that I maintain. I have not yet added the obsoletes to the specfile and would prefer to keep both available for other software.

Likely a lead up to package pdm itself.

This package is already in rawhide for quite some time.
