Engineering and support rely heavily on the KCS "How to enable DEBUG in OVN Controller?" [1]

I can help with the text and layout of the updated, more complete narrative but I would need someone more knowledgeable about the doc-specific procedures and publishing etc. to spearhead the effort. If someone is willing to take the lead on this one, please let me know and I will try to help with the rest.
