Description Marian Csontos 2023-06-27 09:59:02 UTC
Since updating libvirt-client from 9.0.0-2.fc38 to 9.0.0-3.fc38 the virsh command is blocked by call to pkttyagent:

    /usr/bin/pkttyagent --process 15137 --notify-fd 4 --fallback

This happens for both normal user and root.

After downgrading to libvirt-client-9.0.0-2.fc38 and manually restarting libvirtd this works again. However, looking at the changes in src.fedoraproject.org there is nothing which should trigger such behavior:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libvirt/c/9d434902d2bf6024e58ea1e7384c48f7baefde6c?branch=f38

I could not find single report about this issue, so perhaps there is something misconfigured in the system, but still silent "failure" is not a good option.

Reproducible: Always
