Description Jan Stodola 2023-06-27 14:52:24 UTC
Description of problem:
The following commit removed dots from the "I want to proceed." and "I want to exit." buttons on the Beta dialog:
https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/commit/3a28c203cccc572db498669d76e57ceb8bbd772d

Due to this change, the translated strings would have to be updated as well. This request is to return back the missing dots.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda-34.25.3.4-1.el9

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot a pre-RC RHEL-9 compose

Actual results:
"I want to proceed" and "I want to exit" buttons on the Beta dialog.

Expected results:
"I want to proceed." and "I want to exit." buttons on the Beta dialog. (as it is in RHEL-9.2)

Comment 1 Jan Stodola 2023-06-29 07:38:43 UTC
It turned out that even with the dots returned, the strings are not translated, likely due to the fact that the location of the glade file changed.
I'm closing the bug, since this simple change would not resolve the translation problem.
