The ControlVirtualInterface parameter was removed. This parameter was used by keepalived which was removed from undercloud.

Yeah, so we can remove the reference to that parameter:
"Set the ControlVirtualInterface parameter in a custom environment file, and include the custom environment file in the undercloud.conf file by configuring the custom_env_files parameter."

Can be removed now.
