Description Henning Norén 2023-06-28 11:32:19 UTC
When having the setting Mail Preferences -> HTML Messages -> Show suppressed HTML parts as attachments on and setting HTML Mode to "Show plain text if present".
The HTML document preview pane in multipart messages does not expand at all since version 3.48.3-1. It works fine in version 3.48.2-1 when I downgrade.

This only happen if the mail is multipart, if the mail is only as HTML then it will be shown properly.

It seems like it is just the preview pane expansion that is broken since i can mark the text inside the small slit of preview pane that is shown, scroll down and copy the content.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Evolution
2. Make sure you have "Mail Preferences" -> "HTML Messages" -> "Show suppressed HTML parts as attachments" on and setting HTML Mode to "Show plain text if present".
2. Click on a multipart mail that has "HTML document attachment"
3. Click the "Toggle view inline"-button.

Actual Results:
The suppressed HMTL view is not expanded

Expected Results:
The suppressed HMTL view is expanded and you are able to view the content
