.The `certificate` RHEL System Role now allows changing certificate file mode when using `certmonger` Previously, certificates created by the `certificate` RHEL System Role with the `certmonger` provider used a default file mode. However, in some use-cases you might require a more restrictive mode. With this update, you can now set a different certificate and a key file mode using the `mode` parameter.
