Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a fresh installation of GTranslator
2. Start GTranslator

What happens:
Application starts and opens its main window and the assistant for initial setup. Then it freezes and does not react to any input. After that, it sometimes crashes immediately, sometimes it just keeps frozen until being killed.

Note: This crash/freeze also happens later, i.e. not on first start, but also after initial setup of GTranslator is done.

Workaround: Go offline while starting GTranslator. You can go online immediately after GTranslator has started and it works fine.
