Description of problem:
- There is UI exception while creating a VM template. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHV 4.5 / RHV 4.4 SP1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Detach storage domain or import any storage domain from other cluster
2. Try to import VM and templates
3. UI exception is displayed.

Uncaught exception: com.google.gwt.core.client.JavaScriptException: (TypeError) : a is null
Please have your administrator check the UI logs

Actual results:
exception occurs 

Expected results:
Import should be without exception. 


Additional info:
Import of VM and template is successful though.

Can you please add more details about the exact flo?. What kind of import, what kind of template. Please add exact steps if possible

Hello,

These are simple 
- Created a minimal RHEL 8 VM. 
- Make template of the VM. 
- detach storage domain from DC. 
- Try to import storage domain and import VM and template. 
- While importing vm and template, the exception is displayed. 

Let me know if any more details are required.
