Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log

NooBaaBucketErrorState A NooBaa bucket <bucket-name> is in error state for more than 5m
Warning	 Firing Since 27 Jun 2023, 08:09 Platform

Customer was following steps from Troubleshootind doc [1] however didn't see error from ODF GUI. Are these steps correct? 

The alert was observed on 27 June, it got resolved on itself a day afterwards.

Noobaa components looks good

ODF 4.11.8

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product

No, however the customer's team got panic with such alert and they want RCA.
