Description of problem:

when multipath service is containerized in OSP16.2, it produces a boot that does not complete without multiple resets. 
Compute node with the hosts Mulitpath service, socket disabled and Triple-O multipath services added and enabled is booting inconsistently.

This bug report completely ignores the basic format of bug reports and lacks most of the essential elements
of bug reports.

In general it does not make clear sense to me how containerized multipath can affect boot process.
Probably the host might be using SAN boot with multipath but that should be described in the bug.

Anyway I'll assign this to the storage team because this basically requires insights from multipathd setup.
