Description of problem:

If you get to the unguided bug entry page for Fedora, clicking the guided link takes you to the generic guided entry page, not the Fedora specific one.

It needs to go to the Fedora branded guided entry.

It should also keeps as many parameters as possible when loading the guided form.

1. Start creating a new Fedora bug

The Fedora specific guided entry form is shown

2. Click the link to the unguided entry form.

The unguided entry form is shown.

3. Click the guided entry link.

The Fedora specific guided entry form is shown

4. Start creating a new Bugzilla bug

The unguided entry form is shown.

5. Click the guided entry link.

The generic guided entry form is shown

This fix has been deployed to stage Bugzilla for a short public testing phase.
