kernel logs

1. Please describe the problem:

after installing kernels version 6.3.9, 6.3.10, and 6.3.11 on three laptops with AMD hardware:

Lenovo Thinkpad X395 (CPU + iGPU)
Lenovo Legion 15 (CPU + iGPU & dGPU)
Slimbook Titan (CPU + iGPU)

system will either boot to a black screen, or randomly freeze and require forced reboot (power cycle).

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel:

6.3.11

(also a problem for 6.3.9 and 6.3.10)

3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
*first* appear? Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 :

6.3.9

4. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, please provide the steps to reproduce
   the issue below:

1) install kernel
2) reboot
3) either black screen at boot, or freeze after a random period

5. Does this problem occur with the latest Rawhide kernel? To install the
Rawhide kernel, run ``sudo dnf install fedora-repos-rawhide`` followed by
   ``sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide kernel``:

I haven't tried with the latest rawhide kernel - will try later and report back.

6. Are you running any modules that not shipped with directly Fedora's kernel?:

Nvidia kernel modules on one of the three laptops affected, on the other two laptops no extra modules.

7. Please attach the kernel logs. You can get the complete kernel log
   for a boot with ``journalctl --no-hostname -k > dmesg.txt``. If the
issue occurred on a previous boot, use the journalctl ``-b`` flag.
