I believe a paragraph/note should be added here to explain that not all upstream python packages are packaged.
And that packages not included in RHEL are not supported either.
This (and the RHEL9 doc) do mention the packages in the CodeReady repo but not those that are not packaged at all.
I was unable to find any KCS or doc explaining this.
