Description of problem:

When GuestAgent of win vm is activated, creating snapshot will fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Win vm.
2. Activate guest agent.
3. Create snapshot.

Actual results:

Failed. Reason: snapshot deadline exceeded.

Created successfully.

When running windows VM on ODF SC, the user should use the rxbounce flag as described here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2109455.

starting at 4.14 and forward, ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd-virtualization storage class will be provided as part of ocs and will be recommended to use.
