Description of problem:
Create a VM which has a link-local address(like FE80::/64), then check it by the page, the address is shown on the page like "inet6 fe80::/64". After that, pause the VM, the inet6 address disappear from the page

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Create a VM which has a link-local address(like FE80::/64)
2 Go to the VM detail page
3 Check "IP address" of the network interface
4 Pause the VM, then check "IP address" of the network interface again

Actual results:
1 After step 3, there is "inet6" and IPv6 address shown 
2 After step 4, there is no "inet6" and IPv6 address shown

Expected results:
1 After step 3, there should be "inet6" and IPv6 address shown 
2 After step 4, there should be "inet6" and IPv6 address shown
