ovn-bgp-agent wass tagged for 0.4.0 shortly after 2023.1-release.  It implements support for making BGP advertisements based on address scopes, which is very useful.

Would you consider packaging 0.4.0 for antelope?

We have 1.0.0 in Bobcat https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=51046
For Antelope I see rdoinfo has
