LoadBalancer section

The current section name (LoadBalancer) and text are not very clear.

I recommend the following changes:

- Change the section name to "LoadBalancer service".
- Update the text.

Current text: 

Enable the creation of SSH service over LoadBalancer for VirtualMachines
A LoadBalancer must be available in the cluster

Suggested text: 

Enable the creation of LoadBalancer services for SSH connections to VirtualMachines
A load balancer must be configured

That should be Overview > Settings > Cluster > LoadBalancer.
