Description of problem:
I store my bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar. I also have folders there with subfolders, these may have subfolders again.

I try to drag-drop a bookmark to a folder and a subfolder.

How reproducible:
always, not on the official binary thus reported here


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag a bookmark over a folder
2. drop it in the folder
3. now try to drag it in a folder, hover it over a subfolder and drag it inside there

Actual results:
You can only drag a bookmark into one folder, when hovering over another folder inside that, the layers crash. Also the light blue line between elements is not shown, which may be related.

Expected results:
On FF ESR Flatpak (Tor) and the official release binary you can hover a bookmark over a folder, the folder opens, you can hover it over a subfolder, that opens and so on. You can drop it where you want and it doesnt crash.
