Description of problem:
This is a test only bug tracker for a Multirhel on DCN topology testing effort.

The target is z2 of OSP17.1 together with FFU.

Note: We may need a release note for OSP17.1 GA

It looks like the FFU for non Edge Director Operator will be done by GA, while MultiRHEL for Director Operator will slip to z1 or z2 (in investigation at the moment)

Besides that we have Edge, Director Operator on Edge and OSasInfra FFU and MultiRHEL move to z2
