Description of problem: Not able to replace an OSD in raw mode using ceph-volume. Ceph-volume does not support --osd-id argument. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Destroy an OSD -> ceph osd destroy {id} --yes-i-really-mean-it 2. clean up the disk -> ceph-volume lvm zap /dev/sdX 3.
