It's only in Linux 6.5 that's yet to be released the following bug is addressed:

which renders mt7921e based Wi-Fi chips unusable under Fedora.

There's a patch upstream which fixes this behavior, it applies to 6.4 as well.

Please add it to Fedora's 6.4 kernel.
