Description Guenther Deschner 2023-07-15 12:54:58 UTC
Since a recent Microsoft update an unimplemented (and yet undocumented) level of the netlogon LogonGetCapabilities call (level 2) is called. When Samba receives such a call it currently generates an error that breaks the secure channel setup and in consequence causes domain membership to fail when Samba is running as a DC (and thus provides the netlogon rpc service). By fixing the error returned, the Windows client secure channel setup can succeed again.

Reproducible: Always
