Description of problem:

dnf5 bash completions only work if you use the "dnf5" version of
the command (not "dnf", the usual alias).  eg:

$ dnf5 install bas<TAB>
basesystem       bash-argsparse   bash-doc         
basez            bash-completion  bashmount        
bash             bash-devel       bastet   

$ dnf install bas<TAB>
(nothing is printed)

The reason is because /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/dnf5
references the command name as "dnf5", see the last line of this file.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
