Description of problem:
We need to update the following alerts names and their corresponding runbooks names. The names are so long that they do not fit on the TOC of the docs.

- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorCRModification
- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorInstallationNotCompletedAlert
- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorNMOInUseAlert
- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorUSModification

- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorCRModification - KubeVirtCRModified
- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorInstallationNotCompletedAlert - HCOInstallationIncomplete
- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorNMOInUseAlert - deprecated
- KubevirtHyperconvergedClusterOperatorUSModification - UnsupportedHCOModification
