Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests): Remove date from x-axis label of ceph rrd snapshot graph in drpolicy dashboard. The full date is not needed to be shown in the x-axis label in the graph.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On DRDashboard overview page, the x axis and the legend values on 'Snapshots synced' and 'Replication throughput' graphs showing the date also in addition to the time.
2.

Actual results:
Ceph RRD Snapshot graph showing full date in the x-axis label

Expected results:
the x-axis and the legend data is enough to show the time only.

please add proper steps to repro... so that it will easier for anyone who is testing this fix...
