Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests): Remove link and remove cluster name from legend for ceph rrd snapshot graph in ACM - DRPolicy dashboard. When the graph is being clicked, its going to the openshift observe -> metric.

One can click back button to come back from the link

Can this issue reproduce from the UI?
yes

Actual results:
By clicking the graph, its going to ocs metrics page also
the legend is showing cluster name also in the legend details.

Expected results:
1) The legend need not to show any cluster name
2) When the graph is clicked, it should not go to any page

As per the current design limitation we are not removing the cluster name from the legend.
