Updates to rawhide (F39) and F38 complete. Kubernetes 1.24.16 is available in COPR at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/buckaroogeek/copr-k8s/. Kubernetes 1.27.12 on F37 is blocked by the available version of golang. Upstream Kubernetes now uses golang 1.20.x across all releases; F37 currently provides golang 1.19.x..  If golang is updated for F37 then updates to Kubernetes can resume.
