+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #2224239 +++

When making snapshots if the Fb is being used because of the buffer is not flushed yet. Then it will defer flushing the snapcap back to MDS.

And then if the file is overwrote and then a new snapshot is made then the first snapcap will be overwrote too.
