Describe the issue: 
"Installing the OpenSCAP Plug-in" section is missing in the latest Satellite 6.14 documentation as it is present till Satellite 6.13 under section "11.2".

Suggestions for improvement: Add the missing content under section "2" if it is not intended.

This is intended. 
On Satellite Server, the feature should be enabled by default, therefore, there's no need to enable it.
