Requesting that the Satellite WebUI login page have full customization options.

Currently, only the `footer` can be customized using the Settings within the Satellite UI. Allowing for customization for the background, Red Hat Logo, Red Hat Satellite title, and text would allow for the user to create a more generic login page. This would be beneficial as it would not advertise that the page is for the Red Hat Satellite and reduce attention from bad actors or misuse.
