Description Tridibesh Chakraborty 2023-07-24 06:13:51 UTC
Description of problem:

RHCS 6.1 dashboard is not showing graphs for the object gateway. For all the Graphs it is showing "No Data". Also when checked the OSD overall performance most of the graphs are empty (e.g. OSDs read latencies, write latencies etc). I can see these graphs are empty in Grafana portal also. When I tried to check on prometheus, I can see RGW related queries are missing there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL : 9.1
RHCS: 17.2.6-70.el9cp (6.1)

How reproducible:
It is happening all the times on all the clusters of customer and in my lab cluster

Step to Reproduce:
1. Install RHCS 6.1 cluster
2. Deploy RGW service
3. Check the RGW related services on both Dashboard and Grafana portal. It will show the graphs as empty because of no data

Actual results:

The graphs are empty because of no data

Expected results:

Dashboard and Grafana portal should show the graphs

Additional info:

As of now two customers reported this same issue. Also it is present in my lab cluster also.
