Description Lukas Ruzicka 2023-07-24 09:45:16 UTC
When using text installation, lot of errors are produced on the console, which makes the installation quite tedious. The installation, however, works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the inst.text kernel argument.
2. Install system.

Actual Results:
Lots of errors visible.

Expected Results:
No errors should be visible.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.

Comment 2 Katerina Koukiou 2024-04-24 17:09:10 UTC
@lukas is this still relevant?

I just run the nextinst with text mode on Fedora 40, and I don't see errors in the main log screen.

Comment 3 Lukas Ruzicka 2024-10-22 10:38:05 UTC
No more relevant, closing the bug.
