Select all is always grayed out making it impossible to use.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.type dnfdragora
2.click on any folder
3.Note that Select all is grayed out
Actual Results:  
Select all is always grayed out

Expected Results:  
Select all should never be grayed out

Fedora Linux 38 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-05-21.

Fedora Linux 38 is no longer maintained, which means that it
